Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of LaRue County Released Inmates. By browsing or using any feature, you agree to them. If you do not accept every term, do not use the site.

This is a privately owned reference with no affiliation to LaRue County, any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers Fair Credit Reporting Act services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. We help visitors locate LaRue County and Kentucky inmate-record resources. We are not private investigators or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

LaRue County Released Inmates is a private reference, not an official records office. We do not store government jail or court records. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The service points toward LaRue County jail-record resources, Kentucky government portals, and third-party research tools. A link or search box does not make an outside service part of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm a person
  • Base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
  • Attempt access to systems or data without authorization
  • Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools
  • Disrupt access or interfere with another visitor's use

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for:

  • Hiring, firing, or other employment decisions
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Outside Websites

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid resources, or independent search services. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms. Review the receiving site's rules before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” We make no promise about:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
  • The scope or quality of partner search results

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other agency.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LaRue County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access to or use of the site.

Your Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Ending Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Kentucky Governing Law

Kentucky law governs these terms. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected term will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
